Most apparel product pages have a Size guide button in the size row, just above the size buttons. It opens the chart for that garment: every figure is the garment measured flat, in inches, not your body.
Finding the right chart
- Different pieces use different charts, so open the one on the item you are buying.
- On a kit, each sized piece has its own Size guide button. Pieces of the same garment type share one chart.
- Anything one size, like a cap with an adjustable closure, shows a One size tag instead.
How to measure
Measure a garment you already own that fits the way you want, not your body. Lay it flat and measure with a tape. Compare the numbers to the chart and take the closest size. The How to measure tab in the size guide covers each measurement with a diagram.
- Chest width is across the garment, not around your chest. A body tape points you to the wrong size.
- Charts list a tolerance for their main measurements, so small variation is normal.
- The charts recommend sizing up when you land between two sizes. The fit note at the bottom is written for that product, so read the one you opened.
If the size is wrong
Email support@shftdco.com about a size exchange. The Help Desk link on the product page reaches the same address. You get a reply within 24 hours. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a size exchange. On an exchange you pay to ship the item back and we cover sending the replacement out. Our apparel is made to order, so we exchange rather than run open returns. Exchanging an item does not remove entries already earned on that order. If an item arrived faulty, damaged or wrong, contact us. You do not pay to return our mistake.
