Your entries live in your SHFTD account at account.shftdco.com. Sign in with the same email address that is on your order, then open My Entries. That page shows the entries you hold on every giveaway.
How to sign in
- Go to account.shftdco.com.
- Sign in with the email address that is on the order. The email has to match the one you ordered with.
- The account link in the SHFTD site header opens My Entries directly. If you land somewhere else in your account, open My Entries from the side navigation.
What the My Entries page shows
- The giveaway that is open now, with a live countdown.
- How many entries you hold.
- Your odds, once you hold entries and the giveaway has a pool. The page shows them as a percentage.
- Your individual entry numbers, also called tickets, listed under a View your entry numbers link. Tap it to open them. On very large orders the page shows the first block of numbers and tells you how many more there are, so that list can be shorter than your entry count.
- An Awaiting draw section for a giveaway that has closed but has not been drawn yet.
- A Past giveaways section.
- The page is view only. You can read your entries there, you cannot change them. Entries are never removed once they are awarded.
Entry summaries on your other account pages
- Your order list shows a card counting your entries on giveaways that are still open. If you have none open right now, that card does not appear.
- Your profile page shows the same count, and tells you when you have not earned entries yet.
- An individual order page shows what that one order earned, and says so when that order earned none.
If your entries are not showing
- Check the email first. If you ordered with one address and signed in with another, those entries will not appear. Sign out and sign in with the address that is on the order.
- Check the payment. Entries are recorded when the order is paid, not when it ships. If your payment has only just cleared, load the page again.
- Nothing on your order list is normal once the giveaway you entered has closed. Open My Entries and look under Awaiting draw or Past giveaways.
- No odds on the page usually means you do not hold entries on that giveaway yet. Odds only appear once you hold entries.
- If the number looks low, check what it is counted from. Entries come from the listed price of each item, so a discount code lowers what you pay, never what you earn. Tax and shipping do not earn entries.
- Still nothing? Email support@shftdco.com and tell us the email address you ordered with. We reply within 24 hours.
Your odds
Your odds are your entries divided by every entry in the pool, so they move while a giveaway is open. Strong odds are still not a win. If you hold one entry in every five, someone else wins four times out of five. There is also a free entry route by mail, with no purchase necessary, and the Official Rules give the exact method.
The winner is picked by a formula that is locked in before entries open, so neither entrants nor SHFTD can steer it. The draw runs live, and every entry keeps its own ticket number in a permanent record, and the result is published afterwards so it can be checked.
