Your entries live on the My Entries page in your account at account.shftdco.com. Signing in takes one step and there is no password to remember.
How signing in works
Go to account.shftdco.com. You have two ways in.
- Continue with Shop, if you already use Shop or Shop Pay. It signs you in without anything to type.
- Or enter your email address and press the arrow. A code is emailed to you, and you type that code in to finish signing in.
There is no password field, because the account does not use passwords. Nothing to forget and nothing to reset. If you are looking for a password box, that is why you cannot find one. If you came here because you forgot your password, there is not one to recover. Enter your email and a code will get you in.
Use the email that is on the order
This is the single most common reason entries look missing. Your entries are attached to the email address used at checkout. If you sign in with a different address, you will see an account with no entries in it, even though the entries exist.
Open your order confirmation email and check which inbox it landed in. That is the address to sign in with.
If the code does not arrive
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Check you typed the address correctly, since a typo sends the code to an address you cannot read.
- Give it a couple of minutes. Email is not always instant.
- Try again. Requesting a new code is free and the older code simply stops working.

What you will see once you are in
Open My Entries from the account side navigation.
- The giveaway that is currently running, with a live countdown.
- How many entries you hold, and your odds as a percentage.
- Your individual entry numbers, which you can open as a list.
- An Awaiting draw section for giveaways that have closed but not yet been drawn.
- A Past giveaways section for ones that have been drawn.
There are also summaries on your order list, on your profile, and on each individual order page, so you can see exactly what one order earned.
The page only shows, it never changes
The account area is read only where entries are concerned. You can look at them, and nothing you do there can alter them. That is deliberate. Entries are recorded permanently and are never removed once awarded, which is what makes the draw fair for everyone.
Odds appear once you hold entries
Your odds are your entries divided by every entry in the pool, so until you hold entries there is nothing to divide and no figure is shown. Once you hold some, the figure appears and then moves while the giveaway is open, because the pool keeps growing.
If you have two accounts
It happens, usually when an order went through with a slightly different email. Nothing is lost. The article on ordering with the wrong email covers what to do.
Still nothing
