Sometimes the size you need is not there. Everything is made to order in small runs, so a size can genuinely run out.
You choose what happens
Two options, and it is your call rather than ours.
- A like item of equal value, available now. We will tell you what is in stock in your size.
- Wait for the next run of the piece you wanted. We will hold your exchange open and tell you when it is back.
Tell us which you would prefer when you write in. If you are not sure, say so and we will tell you what is available and roughly when the next run is expected, then you can decide.
What a like item of equal value means
Something at the same price, in your size, that you actually want. We will offer options rather than pick one for you. If nothing on the list appeals, waiting for the next run stays open.
If a product has been discontinued
An item marked FINAL RUN is not coming back. In that case waiting is not an option we can honestly offer, so it will be a like item of equal value. FINAL RUN is not the same as final sale. Exchanges still apply to it, subject to what is left.
The window still counts
Ask within 30 days of receiving your order, even if you already know your size is out of stock. Getting the request in on time is what matters. Waiting for a restock after that does not count against you.
Your entries are not affected
An exchange replaces the product only. Entries were recorded when your order was paid and are never removed, so waiting for a restock costs you nothing in the giveaway.

Use the contact form at shftdco.com/pages/contact with your order number, the size you have and the size you want. We reply within 24 hours.
