Entries are recorded against the email address used on the order. If you sign in with a different address, My Entries will look empty even though the entries exist and are safe.
Check this first
- Open your order confirmation email and note which inbox it landed in.
- Sign in at account.shftdco.com with that exact address.
- Check any second address you use. A work address and a personal one is the most common version of this.
- Check for a typo in the address on the order itself. One wrong character is enough.
If you used two different addresses
It happens, especially if you checked out as a guest once and made an account later. Tell us and we will sort it. Use the contact form at shftdco.com/pages/contact with the order number, the address that received the order confirmation, and the address you want to sign in with.
We will need to be satisfied that both addresses belong to you before we move anything, because entries have real value and we are not going to hand someone else's to the wrong person. Sending us the order number from the confirmation email is usually enough, since only the person who received it has it.
What we can and cannot do
- We can correct which account an order is associated with, so the entries show where you expect.
- We cannot create, remove or adjust entries. The number itself is fixed at the moment the order was paid and is never rewritten.
So this is a visibility fix, not an entries fix. Your entries were always in the pool and were always going to be drawn on the same terms. What changes is which account they display under.
Entries were never at risk
Even while an address mismatch makes the page look empty, the entries are recorded against the order and are in the pool. They are never removed once awarded. Nothing about a sign in problem affects the draw.
If you never got the order confirmation
Check your junk folder first. If it genuinely never arrived, the address on the order may have a typo in it. Contact us with the name and the approximate date of the order and we will find it.
